open ceremony of Vladimir Manic`s exhibition in Moscow

3 November the joint exhibition was opened by gallery “Harmony of contrasts” and “Art-Studio XIII” in Moscow Central House of Artist. Moscow audience  can see the paintings of Serbian artist Vladimir Manic (1957-2013), the paintings of Russian artist Dmitry Tsibin and bronze sculpture of Russian sculptor Boris Kuznetsov.

About Vladimir Manic:

The artist works in a super realistic style with surrealistic elements that has the viewer marveling at the detail and power emanating from the canvas; baroque light and shade emphasizes this effect.  Manic uses his mastery of traditional techniques in paintings bolstered by advanced studies in painting, drawing and sculpture.

Maestro Manic’s work reflects not only masterful technique, which flows from a classical European art education, but creativity born of unique experiences in America as well as the Old World. His originals, frescos, ceramics, mosaics, design, sculptures, iconography, restoration, preservation, oil paintings, and wooden icons, have been exhibited and critically acclaimed through Europe and United States for more than 20 years. However, his latest focus has been mostly on painting with emphasis on poetic or magical realism.
